L.A. Racing Terms and Conditions

Race Passes:

-Race Passes are good for one year from the date of purchase.

-Race Passes are not redeemable for cash or refundable.

-Race Passes can be used for racing or ride along adventures.

-Purchasing Race Passes does not automatically give you a reservation. You may book your adventure anytime within one year from the date of purchase. Please contact customer service to book your reservation at 877-901-RACE[7223].

Driving Adventure Terms & Conditions:

-Reservations are required for all driving adventures at L.A. Racing on a first come, first serve basis. If a class is full, our reservationist will do what we can to schedule you for the next possible class at your convenience.

-If you fail to attend your scheduled program without prior notice you will forfeit the enrollment fee.

-Changes made to your reservations must be changed a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled date to avoid a reservation change fee of $100

-Reservations are transferable with expressed written consent of the original enrollee.

-In the case of a rain out you will have the option to reschedule your adventure program in any future open class date. No refunds due to rain outs or inclement weather.

-Automatic transmission and manual transmission cars are available. At the time of reservation you may request which transmission you feel most comfortable with. There is not a performance difference between either types of vehicle. We have the option for those who do not know how to operate a manual transmission.

-Our Super Late Model stock cars are authentic race cars. Just like you'd expect with the real thing they do not have side doors. Customer must fit through a window opening of 16" high by 32" wide and appoximently 36" from the ground.

-Customers are required to wear complete safety gear that includes a 2 layered driving suit, gloves and helmet, which will be provided to you upon arrival. You may use your own gear as long as it meets current minimum safety ratings...3-2A/5 for firesuits and SA2005 for helmets.

-Customers who can comfortably wear most XXL clothing, or smaller, should have no problems fitting into a car. Please contact customer service at 877-901-RACE[7223] if this may be a concern.

-Stock Car Drivers are required to be at least 16 years old with valid drivers' license. Drivers under the age of 18 will require a minors release signed by a legal guardian.

-Insurance is available to cover you the driver for an 'at fault' incident resulting in damage to the car. The insurance carries a $2500 deductible and is available for $89.

-Dates are subject to change without notice. L.A. Racing is not responsible for any travel expenses due to weather related events or change in scheduling.

Ride-Along Terms and Conditions

-Reservation is required. Driving suit and helmet are required for Ride-along adventures on a first come, first serve basis.

-Cars do not have doors. You will be required to fit between a window opening of 16" high by 32" wide and approximately 36" from the ground.

-All riders must be a minimum of 48" tall to be allowed to participate.

-All riders must be at least 16 years old.

-The Release of liability, and covenant Not to Sue form, is required by all participants to complete prior to participation.

-Ride along ticket may be used at any time with any scheduled track day.

-Ride along ticket may only be used with a L.A. Racing intructor/driver driving.

Please Don't

-NO PETS! Registered service animals are permitted, but discouraged. The trackside environment can be loud, confusing and very stressful for animals...even the best behaved among them.

-No Children are permitted on pit lane [near the cars] or in helmet/suit area during a class. Viewing from the grandstands is allowed.

-While still & video cameras are allowed to capture the experience, your camera will not be mounted in the car for your driving or ride-along experience.

-We want you to have a great time, but safety is priority #1. Listen to the spotter's instructions when you are on track. You may be pulled out early for your own [and others'] safety, if you do not follow their instructions. If you are pulled off track, your day of racing is done.

Privacy Policy

-Data Security: L.A. Racing houses all client data on a separate server and is password and firewall protected and maintained periodically to above industry standards.

-Information: L.A. Racing uses information given from giveaway entry forms, guest book entries or information given over the internet for internal sales and training purposes only. No information is sold, copied as per company by laws. As stated before, we use information that is voluntarily provided by the client for newsletter updates. The information is used for customer inquiries, polls, and forums. The information is also used to inform our clientele of sales and future events.

L.A. Racing Statement

-L.A. Racing operates an auto racing based entertainment experience. We cannot control mechanical parts failure or inclement weather. Aside from those two events happening, we can assure you that your experience with us will be entertaining, enjoyable and exciting. If you see something to your disliking, please let one of the staff know or request a manager for immediate resolution.
